Analysis of temporary internet conspiracy theories.

To aid in the considerations of censorship on the internet I present this paper that represents my personal views of some information available out there today. I expect people to draw their own conclusions with the validity of this material and what some implications for censorship may be.

Introduction

With a long interest in the topic of aliens and recent endeavours of research into this subject I would like to present a picture that appears reasonable and responsible. When working with this material it can appear extremist, crazy, taboo, against the hegemony and career destroying. Scientific integrity is based on reproducible testing, peer reviewed material and statical analysis from a collection of evidence or facts. When reviewing material available on the Internet I do expect to come across some intentional and unintentional misinformation with the actual picture segmented across many documents.

On initially taking up an investigation of the fringe and unofficial media, it did feel like an Alice down the rabbit hole experience. Most people accept and approve that politicians do lie if it keeps them safe and life simple. Being exposed to some of these lies and implications is concerning. Without any official knowledge on this subject we are all inhibited from a deeper understanding, analysis and participation with life.

Ancient History

Currently science puts the age of the universe at about 14 billion years and Earth at about 4.5 billion. It is a lot of time for stuff to happen with a very long history for the full story. We can detect background radiation theorised from a big bang. We can also measure the visible Doppler shift and calculate a trajectory for stars and galaxies. Hubble has looked back a long way on the visible spectrum, with no end in sight yet.

Evolution is a proven fact, it happens, but it does not explain everything with some gaps and jumps in genetic evolution in Earth's history remaining. Many ancient texts and cultures refer and have context to beings from the sky and lore of previous civilisations is present. I am open to a theory based on an agreements between different local galactic communities to blend their DNA with the species here. Similar to how gardeners splice plants to produce a better breed more adapted to the conditions. The development of cultural differences identified by Darwin at the Galapagos Islands does account for some cultural divergence expressed in the global situation. I consider it likely there has been a bit of both to fully explain where we exactly are on the evolutionary chain.

Space Travel

The theory of relativity states that the speed of light is a speed limit, it does not fully take into account the factor of gravity (which can raise mass) or a more complete / unified principle. Without a more complete understanding of our environment I fail to see a lack of evidence against this possibility. Some quantum mechanical experiments in entanglement do provide for an instantaneous transfer of something. Some of the stories of time travel do warp your mind a bit, stories from the 'Philadelphia' and 'Montauk' projects do point at this possibility and can warp your mind even more. With the diversity and knowledge of life I am open to a possibility, but not yet convinced of time manipulation. In the event that it is possible, I expect different techniques to alter time do have different limitations and capabilities.

The Situation

With the acknowledgement of intelligent life beyond Earth, the scenario presented by M. Salla [1] does present a feasible description. There are a variety of other sites conforming and expanding on the description provided in this document including [2,3,4,5,6]. The approach described in [7] does present an examining and cautious stance to be taken if Earth is to maintain its sovereignty with exposure to the galactic neighbourhood. A wide range of unknowns and possibilities are countered with avocation for transparent global oversight to reduce miscommunication and increase cohesion in response.

While not scientifically proven publicly but with a strong indication, the Grays are the biggest problem at the moment. Some stories suggest they are from the future but current sediment is this is propaganda to help sympathise and fear them. Other stories suggest they are from another planet that went WWIII and nuclear wintered itself, then got into genetic engineering to keep alive. Stories on the 'Tau 9 treaty' suggest a deal has been made to exchange technology for permitted abductions. While it appears that this transaction has been generally abided by, there is some conflict in the fine print. They have some pretty cool technology and view us as we would a farm animal. With the stories of indigo children and abduction experiences it appears that the next stage of Earth's DNA upgrades / experiments is going on.

Then there is the underground Draconian race and who knows what else in the depths of the earth. They have been around long enough to stop with treaties and just do what they want. There is some interaction between these two races and many reports suggest a 'sub-global system', transnational networks and a very complex situation. The Gray and Draconian races are against disclosure as they lose their advantage of stealth. They are repeatability described as having a strong influence on hegemony here on Earth. There is some consensus indicating councils like the 'Trilateral Commission' and 'Bilderberg Group' have some alien connection. The centralised power and lack of disclosure exhibited by these groups does present itself to scrutiny. There are stories of other secret organisations with alien connections including the Military, Nazis, Freemasons, Illuminate, Church, Scientology and Monarchy to name a few.

It looks like humanity may be herded going up against this, but there are other parts of the galaxy that have also have an interest here and do have something to say about it. This is where stories of the galactic federation, alliance and some kind of united internationals start to surface. I expect such a body similar to the United Nations with a big mix of laws and agreements to express a consensus on some of the big issues. There does appear to be some support for the blight of man in its current version from other human like entities from Sirius, Pleyades, Arcturus and others like Andromeda.

If you look at the difficulties associated with international relations, compound the complexity with who knows how many galactic civilizations, all with varying levels of concern for Earth and we have one really complex situation. In this interaction, humans are not at the top of the food chain and so the public have been kept out of the high level discussions so far. There does appear to be some debate as to wither this version of man is ready to be part of the greater community, if we go out blasting everything that causes us fear we gain a lot of enemies very quickly. Yet if we have not got the strength to stand on our own feet then things will not last too long.

There appears to be some capacity to fight, but the technology and politics is deep and the available information low to draw any conclusions on our capabilities to use conflict for resolution. I expect there is some bigger fish somewhere. The process of humanity emerging to the diversity of the greater community is a complex situation that is expected to take many years to sort out. There are many risks and no guarantees as to how it will finally go. My understanding of the future is based on everyone's input and there are a lot of competing interests, agendas, stories and ideas.

Disclosure

With non disclosure on this issue it is hard to say who done what and develop an accurate threat assessment. The high level of confidentially that has been surrounding this topic for a long time has developed some resistance to the ideas presented. Most people I have talked to accept that something is going on, but not sure what. The importance surrounding this issue has been held in a classified and secret discourse for a long time. National defence has grown with this alliance and there is an interest to avoid the spotlight and a lot of uncomfortable questions. Disclosure is increasing with a gradual increase in acceptance, something that is expected to take years, but may potentially occur any time. Lies, deceit and confusion are popular techniques to keep a topic blurred and the truth hidden, so when looking into the state of play it is important to be critical, especially when dealing with such a sensitive topic.

As for the disclosure process, the main event is when the worlds political leaders say 'Yes, intelligent extraterrestrial life does exist and we are in communication with some of them'. This is all they have to say to let the official tap open, end the taboo and allow reputable information start to flow. This will halt the truth embargo and allow science to take this matter seriously by introducing a wider array of public examination to a complex interaction. I look for a place where we can acknowledge how it is, so we can contribute and respond more effectively. Without a more through analysis of the fine print for intergalactic arrangements taken, a lack of resources and capability to meet agreeable conditions will likely result in unexpected conquerors.

With so many stories accounting different and hybridized ideas it is difficult to sort out the fact from the fiction. I do not expect full disclosure on everything as investments and interests are still active. I do expect a more official and descriptive base of information to grow as the many different sources have a place to meet, share ideas, work through some of the intricacies and scrutinize what is. I expect some of this will still remain behind close doors, however with time the integrity, motives and character of our neighbours will surface. By opening the doors to public debate, it will gradually slow down any harmful practices and help promote more positive ones.

To be clear about things, I expect some things will go beyond imagination as our understanding of the diverse grows. Some stories of atrocities are deep in horror and fear. Some stories go beyond the limits of accepted science. Some go beyond what has been officially recognised for a very long time. A growing quality of peer reviewed material is emerging and is raising some significant questions to the status and direction of humanity, as presented in [8] for example.

There are some benefits from extraterrestrial interaction with an increased ability to interact with our larger environment. However while no public accountability is taken with such a fundamental issues that affect all of us, serious and significant questions are raised about the quality, integrity and repercussions of critical and important decisions that are occurring. Feeling as a chicken talking to the farmer: 'I know you have some authority, I know the universe is a big, old complicated place, I know we experience and value different things. I consider a future based on everyone's ideas much more richer and appropriate than the imagination of a few.'

As science achieves an aim of 'if you cannot be honest about it, do not do it', I am aware that the world does not always operate this way. Deception and stealth has a presence throughout nature and with issues of survival. I am encouraged by some steps taken and a growing body of information, but do acknowledge more work required for official integrity to be instated on this issue. If this assessment is not far off the mark then I can understand the hesitation exhibited. Only by understanding what the problem is can we have any chance in resolving it.

Ascension

This is a popular topic with many stories of different densities, some sound like getting plugged into 'The Matrix', some are similar to a process of spiritual journey after death, some are like entering a symbiotic relationship, while others have a faithful dreamy picture of something. With all the 2012 doomsday theory, I an unconvinced and consider this as the next day that people can look forward to having all there problems solved.

In the interest of science, if these other densities do exist, then what is your race, faction and what changes in environmental awareness are there from our current awareness? What physical restriction and capability exist in these other densities? An explanation based on the SI units in [9] would be appreciated. For example, a Human Earthling in third density can move around three length dimensions (length, width and height) and progress steady along a single dimension of time.

9/11

After spending three days stuck on the couch at the time and supporting the subsequent action it has been a life altering event. The one piece of evidence that made me aware of a more complicated picture behind the official version was the controlled demolition of WTC7 that day, [10]. Some stories suggest it collapsed from damage taken, the 9/11 commission says it was not a controlled demolition, but unexplained. These are both false and does suggest previous knowledge and cover for the events that occurred that day. It is expected to get some discrepancy in such events, but a significant lack of disclosure, willingness and openness indicates there is more to the picture. With a fractured integrity on the official public investigation, a damming body of evidence it growing [11,12,13,14,15].

Conclusion

The monopolization of the mass media has taken away public oversight of a complex, critical and classified issue. The military have a good head start on this with some stories suggesting interactions with up to 50 different races, [16]. With an interest in science I find it silly and unproductive to continue pretending we are alone in this universe. While a globally peer reviewed repository of just what is going on is gradually building with the Internet, we are all at risk of subversion and manipulation from ignorance and lack of integrity.

When accepting that there is something to the 'Disclosure Project' [17] the information available through the Internet paints a picture where humanity is currently overseen by a harsh and clinical culture. To overcome this, disclosure is argued for with the aim to establish a safer distance with a more informed and official relationship within the greater community. Public awareness will provide for an informed position in self determination and a politically balanced assessment of the greater environment.

Alternatively we can continue the silence and what will be will be. With some indications from topics identified in this paper, an increasing conflict of morality and power appears inevitable as the currently established relationships strengthen. With a growing movement for disclosure, this is the picture I currently see when looking for just exactly what it all means.
